1. The electronic meter does not show after the power is turned on. The possible reasons are that the communication line from the electronic meter to the lower control is not inserted well or the transformer is burnt out. Remove the column to check the connection of the electronic meter to each section of the lower control communication line, so as to ensure that each core is inserted completely. Either the communication line is bad (broken or broken), need to reconnect or replace the wire; or replace a transformer to see. 2. If the electronic meter shows "E01" after operation, it is the failure of signal communication. The possible reason is that the communication between electronic control and electronic meter is blocked. Check the connection between electronic meter and lower control communication line to ensure that each core is inserted completely. Check whether the connection between the electronic meter and the controller is broken, and replace the connection. 3. If the electronic meter shows "E02" after operation, explosion-proof impulse protection, check whether the power supply voltage is lower than 50% of the normal voltage, please use the correct voltage specifications to retest; check whether the controller has odor, replace the controller; check whether the motor wire is well connected and reconnect the motor wire. 4. If the electronic meter shows "E03" after operation, there is no sensing signal, the possible reasons are: no motor current signal is detected for 1-8 seconds, check whether the motor wire is inserted or the motor is damaged badly. 5. If the electronic meter shows "E05" after operation, it is over-current protection, which may be due to excessive current caused by over-rated load, system self-protection, or a part of the treadmill is blocked, resulting in the motor can not turn, the load is too heavy, the current is too large, the system self-protection; just adjust the treadmill to restart operation. Another is to check whether the motor is running over-current or burning odor, change the motor; or check whether the controller is burning odor, change the controller; or check whether the power supply voltage specifications are not consistent or low, use the correct voltage specifications to re-test. 6. If the motor does not work after pressing the startup key, the reason may be that the relevant circuit of the control motor is abnormal, the down-control fuse is damaged or falls off, or the motor line is not inserted properly, or the IGBT power tube on the down-control is burnt out. Check whether the line of the control motor is inserted correctly and inserted properly, check whether the safety tube on the electronic control is intact, install or replace it; Check whether the motor line is loose or not. Plug in the motor wire. The multimeter is used to measure whether the IGBT on the lower control burns out short circuit, and the IGBT on the lower control is replaced or replaced.
